He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Eyler Hawn and Carroll E. Hawn, Sr.; and his daughter Heather Hawn. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Hawn; his children, Sergei E. Hawn, Chad E. Hawn of Henryville, PA and Holli Franck of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Mark W. Hawn (Sandy) of Hanover, PA and Carol "Jean" Bollinger (Neal) of Littlestown, PA; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Felicia, Ryan, Taylor and Cameron.
