He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Baxley Stackhouse and Charlie Lott Stackhouse; his siblings, Wilson Stackhouse, Billy Howe, Bobby Howe and Sara Florence McDonald; his brother-in-law Gary Holland; and his nephew Robert Baxley Howe.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Craven Stackhouse; his children, Charles Stackhouse (Whitney F. Stackhouse), William Stackhouse (Morgan Stackhouse), David Stackhouse II (Whitney C. Stackhouse) and Elizabeth Craven Stackhouse; his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Lilly, Harlan, Auburn and Carlisle; his sister Anne Stackhouse; and his siblings-in-law, Larry McDonald, Lorraine Stackhouse, Harriet Howe and Holly Howe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richardson Funeral Home (1936 Senator Gasque Rd, Marion, SC 29571). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials can be made to the Spring Branch Cemetery Fund, 213 Crepe Myrtle Court, Marion, SC 29571 or to the charity of one's choice.
