He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Austin Boatwright, Sr. and Beulah Deaver Boatwright; his wife Patricia Foxworth Boatwright; and his sister Bobbie Boatwright McRae. He is survived by: his children, Steven Earl Boatwright (Julia) of Myrtle Beach and Katherine Boatwright Flowers (Marshall) of Darlington. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
