He was predeceased by: his parent Lula H. Moody; his wife Starletta; his son Brandon; and his siblings, Ozella and Jackie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Griffeth, Connie Moody and Russell Moody (Violet); his daughter Lanique Fortune; and his aunts, Delores Conner and Angie King. He is also survived by cousins from Orangeburg, SC, two nieces, a host of family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jackson & McGill Memorial Chapel (612 S Main St, Marion, SC 29571). Please adhere to all COVID-19 precautions and masks are required during visitation and funeral services.
