She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Clyde Scott, Sr. and Fannie Preto Johnson Scott; and her siblings, O. C. Scott, Jr., Jerry Scott, Frances Ard, Peggy Bean, Dorothy Ann Kightlinger and Kathleen Ryles.
She is survived by: her spouse Marion M. "Buddy" Taylor, Sr.; her children, Wendy Taylor Brinson (Kirby), Chip Taylor (Lynn) and Becky Taylor Nettles (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Taylor Brinson (Laura), Jordan Brinson (Kelsey), Kayla Welch (Kevin), Logan Brinson (Mary Grace), Abbye Price (Matt), Danielle Baker (T. J.) and Riley Nettles (Braelynn); her brother Glenn Scott (Carleen); and her nieces, Kristi Berndt and Gina Ryles. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
