She is survived by: her daughter Stacie Moore Bowens (Curtis Bowens); her grandchildren, Shalise Bowens (Dasean DeShazer), Brandon Bowens and Stephen Bowens; her great grandchildren, Khyden and Mycah DeShazer; her sisters, Ruth Carpenter and Lottie Branch; her siblings' children, Kathy Pegram and John Branch Jr.; and her great-niece SouleikaJohnson. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John AME Church (702 Bobby L. Davis Blvd, Marion, SC 29571). A burial was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at the Devotion Gardens (2931 East Highway 76, Mullins, SC 29574).
