He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo William O'Sullivan and Carolann O'Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Sullivan; his sons, Liam O'Sullivan (Chelsie) and Neal O'Sullivan (Monique); his grandsons, Henry and Samuel; and his siblings, Brian, Kevin, Kerry, Kyle and Neal O'Sullivan.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park (1 Pine Knoll Dr, Greenville, SC 29609). A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
