He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Joel Nathaniel Brockman, Sr. and Thomasena Bates Brockman. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Brockman; his nephews, Keith R. (Ladonna), Kevin R. Johnson (Shawanna), Esquire (Virginia) of Alexandria, William D. Johnson (Shirkisha) of Piedmont, Steven R. Johnson (Lakeshia) of Mauldin and Eric Duncan of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Iris Ann Brownlee of Simpsonville and Thomas Edward Brockman of Simpsonville. He is also survived by loving grandchildren, including 18 grandchildren and 22 bonus grandchildren, and many other relatives and dear friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rock Hill Baptist Church (500 Dublin Rd, Greenville, SC 29615).
