He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Joseph Fousek and Vera Moore Fisher; his brother Tony Fousek; and his mother-in-law Rose Marie Newsom. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fousek; his daughters, Ashley Cramton and Kelly Radecki (Mike); his grandchildren, Emily Cramton (Andy Sharpe), Sydney R. Whitman (Ethan), William Cramton and Elizabeth Radecki; his siblings, Charles Fousek and Pat Arnett; and his half-siblings, Ron Fousek (Jewell), Ray Fousek (Peggy) and Jean Bowie (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
