With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurel Thompson Harvey of Mauldin, South Carolina, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laurel Thompson Harvey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Thompson and Cecile Thompson; and her husband Bill Harvey. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Turpin (Jack) and Janice Horne (Rick); her stepchildren, Carol Greer (Paul), Neal Harvey (Melodie) and Jeff Harvey (Becky); and her sister Nancy Toon (Ralph). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Laurel's honor to Hospice and Palliative Care, Palmetto Region or to the Alzheimer's Association.
