She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Craig Carson; her sons, Christopher White of Greenville, SC, Scott White (Charlotte) of Simpsonville, SC, Elijah Lamont White of Columbia, SC and Roman Carson of Mauldin, SC; and her siblings, KatieLee "Penny" Hill (Garvin) of Greer, SC, Cecil Dawson of Detroit, MI, Kenneth Dawson (Mary) of Greenville, SC and Wade Dawson (Carol) of California. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
