He was predeceased by: his daughter Laura DuPlessis. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Gonzales; his children, René Brown, Michael Gonzales, Melissa DuPlessis, Garrett Gonzales and Matthew Wright; and his sister Judy Allenbach. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
