He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carr and Rosella Carr; and his close friend Chance. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan McCard (Dale) of Anderson, SC, Michael Carr (Lynn) of Piedmont, SC, Timothy Carr of Greer, SC and John Carr Jr. (Marcia) of Medina Ohio; and his friends, Heather, Mary and Phillip.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Baptist Church at 208 Washington Church (208 Washington Church Rd, Pelzer, SC 29669).
