He is survived by: his wife Julie Marie Baker; his children, Richard Baker, Christina Baker (Manel), Carolyn Smith, Jonathan Baker and Kathryn Staggs (Bryce); his grandchildren, Bryana Smith, Jaida Smith and Levi Staggs; and his great grandchild Cassius Gary.
