He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Marshall and Gaye Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle June Kunselman Marshall; and his children, Bill Marshall (Susan), Tom Marshall (Chris), Rick Marshall (Janet), Janet Fuchs (Gordon), Janice Verk (Richard), Susan Kollar (Ray) and Tim Marshall (Melissa). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
