He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bolton; his children, Kirk Bolton, Kenneth Bolton and Kimberley Bolton Limbaugh; his grandchildren, Kayla Bell, Jonathan Bolton, Erik Bolton, Alexis Ward and Sydney Boggs; his great grandchildren, Ember Bell and Hadley Bolton; and his sister Thrieta Mackey.
