He is survived by: his mother Jewell A. Fowler of Greer; his wife Cynthia Rebecca Boyd Fowler; his children, Brianna Fowler, Brittney Fowler of Mauldin, Kyle Fowler (Sarah) of Greer, Brandon Fowler of Mauldin and Dustin Miller; his grandchildren, Bennett Fowler, Norah Fowler, Preston Fowler, Sohl Miller and Rylin Miller; and his brothers, Gene Fowler (Jane) of Greer, Dean Fowler (Tammy) of Blue Ridge and Randy Fowler (Katie) of Greer.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
