He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Roland Blyth; his wife Annette Freeman; his children, Kylei Reoun (TJ), Michael Diamond (Brittany), Brittany Neal, Erica Freeman and Dylan Freeman; his grandchildren, Gionni, Nathan, Brennen, Ravyn, Gabe and Tiegan; and his siblings, Dick Diamond, Kim Klingbeil, Danny Blyth and James Blyth.
