He is survived by: his wife Jattie Smith; his daughter Carol Scott; his grandchildren, Derrick Alston (Candace) and Stanisha Alston; his great grandchildren, Faith, Micah, Amari and Layloni; and his siblings, Deacon Samuel Campbell (Daisy), Bishop Samuel Smith (Stephanie), Bishop John Smith, Jr. (Joan), David Smith (Jeannette) and Bishop Jimmie Smith (Mary). He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
