She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert T. Scott, Sr. and Josephine Jones Scott; her husband James Darrell Coon; her siblings, Buck Scott, Jr. (JoAnn), Jackie Scott (Pat), Virginia Perdue (Robert) and Maxine McElveen; her grandsons, Phillip Taylor and Jason Stephen Bundy; her stepdaughter Deborah Taylor; and her sons-in-law, Dennis Rivenbark and Tommy Sweatt.
She is survived by: her children, James Steven Livingston (Cindy) of McColl, Connie Lynn Coon Sweatt of McColl, Jenny Denise Coon Rivenbark of McColl and Debra Lois Livingston Lear (Mike) of Bennettsville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eastside Baptist Church (201 N Church St, McColl, SC 29570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
