He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Starr Knight Carnes and Charles David Odom; his daughters, Erica Marie Odom and Breyona Shalyn Perkins; his sister Alivia Deese; his grandfather Henry "Pa" Shelley; and his nieces and nephews, Paris Witherspoon and River Witherspoon.
