He is survived by: his son Randy Garner (Emily); his stepdaughters, Eva and April; his sisters, Carolyn Fowler, Peggy Webster (Charles), Linda G. Quick, Connie Kempski and Debbie Skipper (Ricky); and his brother-in-law Dan Powers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 102 N Church St, McColl, SC 29570.
