She was predeceased by: her husband Woodrow Locklear; her parents, Edward Williams and Sadie Mae Butler Williams; her daughter Kelly Bailey; and her siblings, Floyd Williams, Billy "Skeet" Williams, Russell "Rusty" Williams, Jimmy Williams, Shelby "Shelb" Grooms, Elizabeth "Tootsie" Johnson and Esther "Maybelle" Skipper.

She is survived by: her daughter Felicia Baggett; her sisters, Virginia "Woman" Williams and Margolene "Nooder" Lee; her grandchildren, Eve, Eli Phelps, Woody Locklear, Jeanette Butler and David Rosser; her great-nephew Joseph Dourty; her niece Lisa Clark; and her pet Sugar. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
