He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Hinson Goins and Geneva Louise Harrelson Goins; his children, Willie Goins "Fred" Jr. (Della) of Clio, Kristin "Pumpkin-Marie" Goins of Bennettsville and Jessica Sheppard (Dustin) of Bennettsville; his close friend Allie Locklear of Laurel Hill, NC; his sisters, Brenda Gail Goins of Bennettsville and Barbara Ann Driggers of McColl; his grandchildren, Daylee Burr, Brylee Goins, Buckley Goins, Waylon Goins of Drake, Daxton Sheppard, Dalton Sheppard, Kayden Kelly, Kingston Kelly and Kason Kelly; his niece Brandi Brigman; his nephews, Keith Brigman and David Brigman, Jr. (Lucy); and his close friend Shirley Inman.
Willie is preceded in death by his parents listed above; sisters, Kathy Brigman and Emily Oxendine; and a brother, Ricky Goins, Sr. The family suggests donations be made in Willie's memory to: The McColl Church of God, 321 E. McLaurin Ave., McColl, SC 29570; or to the McColl Fire Department 203 N. Church Street, McColl, SC 29570.
