She is survived by: her sisters, Kimberly Shuler and Dawn Culp (Susan Kimbrell); her nephew Joshua Boulware; her niece Megan Shuler (Jeff Hinson); her great-nephew Peyton Bowers; and her great-nieces, Shai-Ann Boulware and Avery Bowers. She is also survived by her family, her friends, and every four-legged companion.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Society in her memory.
