Tullis, Jr.; children: Tanya Kay Armstrong (Gary), Lorie Tullis Richey (Jeremy) and Tracie Tullis Arhelger (Nate); sister: Debbie Parks (Ken) and Marlene Sanders (James); grandchildren: Blanton Pou (Libby), Kesley Pou, River Dane Arhelger, Baylin Reese Arhelger and Miles Woodrow Richey; great-grandchild: Caleb Harrison Fernandez; officiant: Pastor Donnie Crawford; and a host of other loving family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
