He is survived by: his close friend Kenisha Mayes; his children, Zikerra Mayes and Zamia Mayes; his grandchild Malani Mayes; his daughter Christa Beard of Washington, GA; his grandchildren, Ellise Reid and Le'Grend Reid of Hampton, GA; his brothers, Jonathan Perrin, Ronald Perrin of McCormick, SC., Regis Perrin and Frederick Perrin of Edgefield, SC.; his aunts, Janie Tolbert, Betty Prince, Mary Morgan and Effie Holloway; his uncle Milton Moore, Jr.; his sister-in-law Alberta Perrin; and his sisters, Lenore Davis and Shelia Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Andrew Wardlaw Funeral Home (610 W Gold St, McCormick, SC 29835). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Shiloh AME Church (405 SC-10, McCormick, SC 29835).
