It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Cunningham of McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Samuel Harper and Janie Murry Harper; her husband Ben Aquila Cunningham; her sons, Albert Bishop (Jan) of Greenwood, SC and Lawrence Arnette; and her siblings, Fanny Gilliam, Kitty Jackson, Sarah Bishop, Mary Alice Gary, Elizabeth Kelly, Hattie Calhoun, Frank Harper, James Harper, Charlie Harper, Gill Harper, Sam Harper and Dock Harper, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Faye Moore (Bobby Joe) of McCormick, SC and Mitchell Cunningham of McCormick, SC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
