She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Evers and Dessie Hickman Lamb; her husband Ellis James Prevatte (Jimmy); and her son Andrew Scott Prevatte. She is survived by: her children, Ellis James Prevatte, Jr. (Mary Ann Young) and Amy Prevatte Young of McCormick; and her grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Prevatte Dudney (Tim) of Pinehurst, David James Young Prevatte (Morgan) of Conway and Zack Allen Young (Destiny) of McCormick. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
