It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lacy in McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ellwood and Cleo Patricia Prichard Lacy; and his brother James David Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann DeLong; his sons, Robert Jeffrey Lacy (Susana) of Kendall and Brian Douglas Lacy of McCormick; his siblings, Paul Ray Lacy (Donna) of Virginia Beach, Lowell Maxwell Lacy of West Virginia, Daniel Joseph Lacy of West Virginia and Beverly Ann Frampton (Denver) of Lake Butler, Florida; his grandchildren, Ryan Robert Lacy (Jessica), Michael James Lacy (Brittany), Emily Sue Lacy and Juliana Grace Lacy; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Nicole Lacy, Makenzy Johnson-Lacy and Robert James Lacy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greater Augusta Apostolic Church (4406 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
