She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Pierce and Mary Mills Pierce; her former husband Dempsey Johnson of Johnson's Skating Rink; her husband Levance Litchfield; and her son Jack Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Aiken Pierce (Shirley), Cecil Pierce (Pat), Mary Matthews, Woodrow Pierce, Lewis Pierce, George Pierce, Ann P. Williams, Cora Lee P. Williams and Ella P. Williams; her grandchildren, McKayla Johnson, Jarrod Johnson, Amy Stewart and Stacy Johnson; and her great grandchild Michaela Miklosi. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Chapel (107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (1120 Mail Rte Rd, Bonneau, SC 29431). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery (3040 Steed Creek Rd, Huger, SC 29450).
