Betty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Henry Rhodes and Margaret Caroline Falor Rhodes; her husband Francis K. "Bill" Williams; and her grandson Kevin Harnage. She is survived by: her children, Cathi Lee (Kenneth) of Moncks Corner and Joe Harnage (Cheryl) of Macedonia; her grandchildren, Kelly Spell (Kevin), Kate Harnage (Joe) and Caroline Yeh (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Briley, Will, Hank, Carter, Yuri, Luc, Victor, Hailey, Allie and Gracie Lou.
