He was predeceased by: his parents, Rannie Adrain Phillips, Sr. and Bessie Mills Phillips. He is survived by: his son William R. "Will" Phillips, Jr. (Jolinda) of Moncks Corner; his stepchildren, Paula Shank (Billy) of Macedonia and Timmy Fultz (Lisa) of Cross; his sister Dot Faulk of St. Stephen; his grandchildren, Miranda L. Phillips (Taylor) and McKenzie W. "Mack" Phillips; and his great grandchild Walker Knox Owens.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
