With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Gene Pope of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Patterson; his wife Imogene Pope; his siblings, James "Jack" Lewis Pope and Wanda Deaver Brown; and his stepsons, Donald and Ricky Neal.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald R Pope and Shirley Mull (Robert Cochrem); his daughters, Kathie Davidson, Patsy Ferguson and Cindy Pope; and his stepson Ronnie Neal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
