He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur I. Harkins and Cora Elizabeth Broome Harkins. He is survived by: his wife Frances Jo Baez Harkins; his daughters, Christina Diane Harkins of Murphy, NC and Michele Renee Kosiba (Lewis Law) of Moncks Corner; his sister Rosemarie DeVincent of Gettysburg, PA; his grandson Kyle Kosiba (Brianne) of Rockledge; and his great grandchildren, Finnley Kosiba and Wade Kosiba.
