She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sylvester Lee and Carrie Mae McLeroy Lee; her son James Melvin Scogin; and her husband John Scogin. She is survived by: her son Marty Scogin (Peggy) of Moncks Corner. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church in memory of Carrie Mae Scogin, 106 Church St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
