He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Vaughan Gross; his children, Daniel S. Gross III (Pankey) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Belinda A. Servia (William) of Tampa, FL and Laura J. Cook of Adams Run, SC; and his daughter-in-law Sherry G. Bost (Matt) of Summerville, SC.. He is also survived by several loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
