He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McMillan and Ethel Zeigler McMillan; his wife Betty Hazel McMillan; and his siblings, Harold, Edward McMillan and Kathryn Price.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Mills (Jim), David (Robin) and Ronnie McMillan (Debbie). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
