He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Wilkins and Grace Miellmier Wilkins; and his granddaughter Miranda Gunter. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jackson Wilkins; and his children, Jeanne Wilkins-Gunter Stone (Tim) of West Columbia, Lynn Pasko (Jim) of Lexington, Garner Wilkins (Pam) of West Columbia and Brian Shoemaker (Dana) of Moncks Corner. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
