She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry P. Winter and Beulah Moore Winter; her adoptive parents, Roland H. Ward and Annie L. Winter; and her spouse Thomas H. Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Jordan (David Woodall), Angela J. Howard and Thomas Harley Jordan; her siblings, Sara Way, Jean Shealy, Dianne Jowers (Danny) and William Davis; her grandchildren, Howard Eugene Sweat (Kathy), Deanna Nicole Roach, Charles Thomas Roach (Canaan), Jordan M. Caddell (Jonathan Cochran) and Rebecca L. Driggers (Jantzen); her great grandchildren, Dirk Randall Welch, Sterling M. Driggers, Lily Roach and Anderson Roach; and her close friends, Audrey Cheney and Patsy Newlin.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Chapel (107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the New Hope Church Cemetery (1242 Jedburg Rd, Summerville, SC 29483).
