He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruthie S. McCants; his son Ronald McCants; his sister Carole McCants Williams (Henry B., Jr.); his niece Yvette Weiters; his cousin Dirinda Weiters (Frank); and his stepchildren, Shanita Simmons, Eric Simmons and Daniel Simmons. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
