She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Baldwin III; her parents, Charles Lockwood and Laura Lockwood; and her sister Evelyn Lockwood. She is survived by: her son C. David Hiott; her granddaughter Kristi McCain (Paul); and her great grandchild Bristol Collier.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter, as it would be Elizabeth's wish.
