He is survived by: his wife Dr. Annette Singleton Wright; his daughters, Dr. Brittanni Wright (Nii Noi Ocquaye), Cheryl Wright and Esquire; his siblings, Richard Wright (Betty), Reverend Michael Wright (Althea), Barbara J. Whittaker, Evelina Hodges, Janie L. Williams and Beverly A. Green (Isaac); and his mother-in-law Ruthey M. Golden. He is also survived by in-laws; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:55 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moncks Corner AME Church (306 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Westview Cemetery (1010 Cooper Store Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
