She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Gethers. She is survived by: her son Herman Jenkins (Yvonne); her grandsons, Jarmaine Jenkins (Shanta) and Robert Williams; and her great grandchildren, Noah and Heaven Jenkins. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gethers Funeral Home (200 Grace St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel AME Church (1059 Old Black Oak Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Mt. Carmel AME Church Cemetery (1059 Old Black Oak Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
