He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Oliver Clark, Sr. and Charlotte Fiddie Clark; his wife Brenda Hall Clark; his brothers, Kenny Clark (Gail) of Moncks Corner and J. L. Clark (Carol) of Moncks Corner; and his siblings' children, Tracey Moraux, Brad Clark, Blake Hall and Ryan Hall. He was also cherished by nine great nieces and nephews.
