He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Shepard Hough, Sr. and Evelyn Clark Hough; his brothers, Bart Hough and David Wade Hough; and his half-siblings, Blondell Clark and Thomas Hough.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Ann Mitchum Hough; his sons, Neil Hough (Carey) of Anderson and Jonathan Cook (Tracy) of Greenville, SC; his siblings, Joan Furnish of Sumter, Pamela Cheatwood of Norfolk, VA and Michael Hough of Moncks Corner; and his grandchildren, Logan Hough, Jaxon Hough, Noah Cook and Elijah Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
