He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Mae Bucholtz; and his son Kermit Bucholtz. He is survived by: his children, Samuel Davis (Myra) of Goose Creek, SC, Jerome Davis (Carol) of Goose Greek, SC, Kevin Bucholtz of Aiken, SC, Cherrie Rivers, Raymond (Carolyn) of Cross, SC, Joseph Bucholtz, Jr. (Paula) of Texas and Jerell (Ada) of New Jersey. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and a host of great grand children and other relatives and friends.
