He is survived by: his parents, Billy Carter (Susan) and Laurie Woodle (Jay); his wife Jessica Carter; his brothers, Brian (Jolene) and David (Jessica); his grandmother Loma Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Gianna, Brendan, Maggie and Lucas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
