He is survived by: his wife Delores Francisco Hiers; his children, Elizabeth Marion of Easley, Gail Rabon of Port Charlotte, FL, Eddie L. Hiers, Jr. (Judy) of Charleston and Glenn Hiers of Easley; his stepchildren, Michelle Rimes (Russell) of Pigeon Forge, TN and Mike Tabor (Janice) of Sevierville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Tammy M. Morgan (Tony), Brad Hiers (Lisa), Joy M. Thibaudeau (Bobby), Joey Fort (Crystal), Jennifer Marsh, Wesley Rabon (Haley), Stacie Rabon and Joe Morris (Kiran).
