She is survived by: her children, Ruthe Griggs of Bolivia, NC, Sydne Solley of Moncks Corner and Greg Solley of Moncks Corner; her sister Dorothy "Dot" Clarke of Moncks Corner; and her grandchildren, Macy G. Riegerix (Andrew) and Daniel W. Griggs (Rachel). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Marvis's honor to either the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church, 106 Church St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461, or to the Friendship Methodist Church, PO Box 189, Cross, SC 29436.
